Our venue offers stunning natural light, an open floor plan with expansive ceilings, and seamless transitions between suites, the courtyard, and indoor spaces — giving you the freedom to bring your one-of-a-kind celebration, gathering, or corporate event to life.

Our venue inspiration is an homage to the history of the Germantown and Shelby Park neighborhoods, originally populated by German immigrants.

Our Spaces

Dividable indoor event space comfortably accommodates more than 400 seated guests, with a flexible layout designed to fit the flow of your event. From elegant seated dinners to corporate gatherings and lively celebrations, the open design allows for a customized experience.

The Main Space

The Bourbon Lounge is a separate lounge space with comfortable seating and a private bar. Ideal for intimate gatherings, cocktail hours, or a relaxed retreat from the main event, it creates a unique setting for curated experiences.

Private outdoor courtyard, accessible directly from the main space, comfortably accommodates more than 300 guests. Ideal for cocktail hours, ceremonies, or open-air gatherings, the courtyard provides a relaxed outdoor setting that seamlessly extends your event experience.

The Courtyard

Two furnished private suites feature separate bathrooms, refrigerators, and additional storage. Ideal for wedding parties, performers, or event hosts, these comfortable spaces provide a private place to prepare, relax, and step away from the main event.

We built Germantown Gables with the vision of creating the perfect backdrop for a light-filled, custom event. We’ve chosen design elements with you in mind, so you can add personal details to make the space your own.

Fits up to 450 guests seated

Our event space is one of the largest in Louisville, with an indoor seated capacity of 450 and outdoor seated capacity of 300.

No second location needed

If you’d like to hold your entire event at Germantown Gables, we have the place for it. From getting ready to ceremonies, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing - we have versatile spaces for it all.
