Special Fees

Should your event fall on a holiday, there will be an additional fee, starting at 20%. If your date falls on one of these holidays, please inquire with that in mind:

Easter, Derby Week, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, New Year’s Eve

Deposit

An initial, non-refundable deposit is 50% of the rental fee, to be paid within 2 weeks of signing the contract. Full payment will be due 90 days prior to event.

Security Deposit

A security Deposit of $1000 is to be paid 90 days prior to your event. It will be returned within 15 business days if nothing is damaged or broken, and no additional fees are incurred.

Bar Packages

You must select a bar package no later than 30 days prior to your event. Initial bar estimate is due 30 days prior to the event and payment of 50% of that estimate due at that time.  Final count due 14 days prior to the event, along with final payment for remaining balance.
