The following is included in your rental:

  • Full use of the facilities from 10am- 12am the day of your event. All events must end by 11pm.

  • 1 indoor space with built-in optional room divider

  • 1 outdoor courtyard with additional entrance

  • 2 getting ready suites with private restroom, refrigerator, couch, tables, and chairs

  • Quiet room intended for private use by nursing mothers, guests with sensory needs, and young families

  • Bourbon lounge with separate bar area and couch seating

  • 1-hour rehearsal time dependent on venue availability for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday events

  • Germantown Gables coordinator to provide venue support

  • 1 event details meeting to finalize floor plans, vendor lists, timelines, accessibility needs, etc. (1-2 months prior to event)
